Originally from Denmark, but has lived in New York since 2013. Since achieving my 200hr Teacher Training Yoga Alliance Certificate from YogaVida in 2014, I have been eager to explore new opportunities to share the many benefits of yoga.
Yoga has turned out to be my space for peace, reflection, energy and personal strength - and in so many more ways that I had imagined to begin with! I have always had a natural curiosity to the world and the people around me, and I believe that yoga can be a powerful tool to explore your relationship to both yourselves and others

With a Masters degree in Development and International Relations and a background of several years working in non-profits, I have worked with empowerment and leadership programs for youth in Uganda, Kenya, India, Denmark and the United States since 2010. I seek to integrate yoga in youth programs to support young people in incorporating the principles of yoga both on and off the mat. I believe that yoga can be used as a tool for self-empowerment to explore your inner potential by creating strength from within before facing the outside wold. Read more here.
